How you deliver your customers’ orders is going to leave a lasting impression on them, SO THIS IS YOUR TIME TO SHINE!

Its important to provide the best possible customer service, to keep your customers coming back to you to place repeat orders. Remember that the customer CHOSE to purchase from you, not anyone else. Follow these proven steps, and you will prevent them from becoming someone else’s best customer.

HOW TO BUILD THE “KNOW, LIKE & TRUST” FACTOR

Think about your own purchasing history for a minute. Do you part with your hard earned money with just anyone? Of course not.  And that’s because you’ve probably been using the know, like, trust factor all this time, without even realising it.

Your customers will “know” you…

either from being referred by a friend, or because of a common connection you both have, like your colleagues or neighbours. So referrals can really help to boost your business!

They will “like”you…

because of who you are. This one is a bit trickier because everyone is different, and as the saying goes, you can’t please all of the people all of the time. Be professional and courteous at all times, and ALWAYS be authentically you.  The right people will gel with you and become your biggest raving fans. A great way for people to like you is to share your love for the products, and your personal story around why you started using it.

They will “trust” you…

when you show them that you are credible, reliable and consistent.  You do this by showing up when you say you will, showing that you care that they are happy with their purchase, regardless of how small their order is.  Showing respect for their time and their money will set you apart from other Justine consultants.

If your customer orders a product which you don’t think is best suited for her, advise her about it in a gentle, tactful manner that shows her you care.  You will gain a loyal customer who will order from you again and again.

When delivering the customer’s order, try to ensure that it has all of the following:

  1. Products ordered
  2. Customer order slip
  3. brochure for the next campaign
  4. Plastic bag to place everything in

1. PRODUCTS ORDERED

Ensure that all the products for this customer are correct as you place them in the bag.

2. CUSTOMER ORDER SLIP

Use the customer order slip as your receipt and to add a personal message, and to let her know when to give you her next order by. These customer order slips can be ordered from the Just For You.

3. BROCHURE FOR THE NEXT CAMPAIGN

Place a brochure for the next campaign in the bag.

Mark the brochure at the pages you want them to take a look at. We call this a “lumpy brochure”.  This is a great way to show the customer that you know what she likes, thereby building on your know-like-trust factor.

Remember to include your contact details on the front.  You won’t believe how customers lose your contact details on their phone (yep, it happens!)

4. PLASTIC BAG TO PLACE IT ALL INTO

Place everything above into a branded Justine plastic bag (which can be ordered from the Just For You). Here’s where you can add your special touch by adding a sample, or a sweet treat.  You could also tie the bag with a ribbon.

And watch the rays of sunshine just beam out of your customers when you deliver their order  🙂

NOTE:  You are welcome to use any other bag of your choice, whether paper or plastic, but please keep it professional.  Delivering customer orders in a wrinkled Checkers/Pick ‘n Pay/Spar/Shoprite bag just won’t do.  (I have actually personally witnessed this being done, no kidding!)
