• Your sms must be sent from the number that is registered on your profile. All sms orders for your account number will be ignored if sent from a different cell number.
  • If there is a problem with your sms, you will receive a reply informing you.
  • Common errors are forgetting to add account number, or campaign number, or missing a quantity between product codes.
  • If there is an error, check your message and resend it. It will not cause any duplication of orders.
