how to track your justine order

Once your order is invoiced, a request is sent to the Justine warehouse for the order to be packed.  The order is packed, checked, contents photographed and box sealed with a tamper proof seal.  The box is then collected by the relevent courier company and taken to their main depot, where it is then distributed to their local depots closest to your delivery area.  On the morning that your order is given to a driver to deliver, you will receive an sms notification to expect delivery within 24 hours.

Justine has contracted 2 major courier companies to deliver orders, FastWay Couriers & Fast ‘n Furious Couriers.   Each company is given their own designated zones to deliver in.

The sms you receive when your order is dispatched will contain the name of the courier company who will be delivering your order.

Please allow at least 24 hours from the sms notification about your order being invoiced before attempting tracking, to cater for packing and movement to the main depot. You may not find any search results if you try tracking your order before this.

Tracking methods

1. SMS tracking

SMS the word “where”, a space, and your account number to 31395.  For example  where 12345677.  This is available 24/7.
Standard SMS rates apply.

This method sends a query to Justine Head Office system to check where your latest order is.  If you are expecting more than one order, its best to use any of the other methods, using the invoice number to search.
